By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, submitting a request to, or otherwise using FreeWorld AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. ABOUT FREEWORLD AI

FreeWorld AI is an artificial intelligence-powered information and research service operated by Unchained Connections LLC.

FreeWorld AI is designed to help users, including incarcerated individuals and their loved ones, obtain general information, research, explanations, summaries, publicly available information, and AI-generated responses.

FreeWorld AI's motto is:

“Your Connection to the Outside World.”

FreeWorld AI is an independent private service. FreeWorld AI and Unchained Connections LLC are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by any correctional institution, Department of Corrections, Federal Bureau of Prisons, court, government agency, telecommunications provider, or artificial intelligence provider unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. INFORMATIONAL SERVICE ONLY

FreeWorld AI provides information for general informational, educational, and research purposes.

FreeWorld AI is not a law firm, attorney, medical provider, financial advisor, licensed professional service, court, government agency, or government representative.

Information provided by FreeWorld AI does not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice.

7. INCARCERATED USERS

FreeWorld AI may provide information to incarcerated individuals directly or through authorized purchasers, family members, friends, or other individuals.

Correctional institutions and communication providers maintain their own rules governing mail, electronic messaging, artificial intelligence, third-party services, internet-derived information, legal materials, attachments, photographs, and other communications.

FreeWorld AI cannot guarantee that any correctional institution or communication provider will accept, transmit, deliver, or permit any particular response.

FreeWorld AI is not responsible for messages or materials rejected, delayed, censored, blocked, shortened, or otherwise restricted by a correctional institution or communications provider.

Users remain responsible for complying with applicable facility rules.

8. PROHIBITED USE

FreeWorld AI may not be used to facilitate illegal, dangerous, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct.

FreeWorld AI may refuse requests involving, without limitation:

Escape from custody;
Introduction or concealment of contraband;
Violence or threats;
Fraud;
Identity theft;
Unauthorized computer or account access;
Evasion of correctional security;
Harassment or stalking;
Sexual exploitation;
Illegal trafficking;
Improper acquisition or disclosure of highly sensitive personal information; or
Other illegal or dangerous activities.

FreeWorld AI may decline any request that violates applicable law, these Terms, company policies, or applicable safety requirements.

9. ACCOUNTS AND USER INFORMATION

Users agree to provide accurate information when establishing an account, purchasing a service, or submitting information necessary to provide services.

Users may not impersonate another person, create accounts for fraudulent purposes, or intentionally submit false payment information.

10. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

FreeWorld AI may offer free, paid, limited-use, recurring, promotional, or other subscription plans.

The price, billing frequency, included features, usage allowances, and other material terms of each plan will be disclosed at or before purchase.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, the purchaser authorizes the disclosed recurring charges until the subscription is canceled.

Subscription features and prices may be changed prospectively. Changes will not retroactively alter charges already properly incurred.

11. FREE TRIALS AND PROMOTIONS

FreeWorld AI may offer free trials, discounted introductory periods, promotional pricing, or other special offers.

If an offer automatically converts into a paid subscription, FreeWorld AI will disclose the applicable trial period, amount to be charged, billing frequency, when billing begins, and applicable cancellation requirements before enrollment.

Unless otherwise stated, a user must cancel before an automatically converting trial expires to avoid the first recurring charge.

FreeWorld AI may limit promotional offers to one per person, customer, account, payment method, incarcerated member, household, or other reasonable identifying criteria to prevent abuse.

12. RECURRING BILLING AUTHORIZATION

Before initiating recurring billing, FreeWorld AI will provide the purchaser with the material subscription terms and obtain the purchaser's authorization as required by applicable law.

By affirmatively enrolling in a recurring plan, the purchaser authorizes Unchained Connections LLC to charge the selected payment method according to the disclosed billing schedule until cancellation.

13. CANCELLATION

Recurring subscriptions may be canceled using the cancellation method provided with the subscription, customer account, checkout confirmation, or other subscription instructions.

Cancellation stops future renewals.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation does not automatically refund charges already properly incurred.

When applicable, paid access may continue through the end of the current paid billing period.

14. REFUNDS

Except where otherwise stated or required by applicable law, completed payments for subscription periods, research, information requests, or services already provided are non-refundable.

If FreeWorld AI makes a billing error or fails to provide a purchased service, the customer may contact FreeWorld AI to request review.

Any refund granted will generally be returned to the original payment method.

15. “UNLIMITED” PLANS AND FAIR USE

If FreeWorld AI offers a plan described as “Unlimited,” unlimited means reasonable personal use by the enrolled user during the applicable subscription period.

Unlimited plans do not permit automated requests, account sharing, resale, scraping, commercial-scale usage, attempts to overwhelm the service, or other abusive or unreasonable usage.

FreeWorld AI may apply reasonable safeguards to prevent abuse and maintain service availability.

Any material usage restrictions applicable to a paid plan will be disclosed with the plan.

16. THIRD-PARTY SOURCES

FreeWorld AI may provide or summarize information obtained from government websites, courts, news organizations, public databases, businesses, publications, search engines, and other third-party sources.

FreeWorld AI does not control these third parties and does not guarantee their accuracy, availability, policies, or content.

Mentioning an attorney, company, product, organization, service, or website does not constitute an endorsement unless expressly stated.

17. TIME-SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Certain information changes frequently, including court dockets, laws, regulations, sports information, news, prices, schedules, business information, government policies, public records, and contact information.

Information may become outdated after it is provided.

Users should independently verify time-sensitive information before relying upon it.

18. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

Users may provide names, identification numbers, questions, documents, messages, photographs, factual information, or other materials necessary to receive services.

Users represent that they are authorized to provide submitted information.

Users should not provide unnecessary sensitive information such as passwords, full financial account credentials, or Social Security numbers.

19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The FreeWorld AI name, branding, logos, original graphics, website content, service materials, and other proprietary materials owned by Unchained Connections LLC may not be copied, impersonated, reproduced, sold, or commercially redistributed without permission.

Users may generally use responses created specifically for them for lawful personal purposes, subject to applicable law and third-party intellectual-property rights.

20. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

FreeWorld AI does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Service may be delayed or unavailable because of maintenance, internet outages, AI-provider outages, third-party system failures, correctional communication restrictions, security issues, or circumstances outside FreeWorld AI's reasonable control.

FreeWorld AI may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features or plans.

21. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

FreeWorld AI may suspend or terminate service for fraud, nonpayment, chargeback abuse, harassment, illegal activity, security threats, account sharing where prohibited, misuse of the service, repeated prohibited requests, or material violation of these Terms.

22. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREEWORLD AI IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

FREEWORLD AI AND UNCHAINED CONNECTIONS LLC DO NOT WARRANT THAT ALL RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, ERROR-FREE, OR APPROPRIATE FOR A PARTICULAR USER'S CIRCUMSTANCES.

23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FREEWORLD AI AND UNCHAINED CONNECTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR RELIANCE UPON FREEWORLD AI, AI-GENERATED INFORMATION, OR THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

24. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from their unlawful use of FreeWorld AI, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

25. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction's law is required to apply.

26. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.

27. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

FreeWorld AI may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the service, business operations, or applicable law.

The current version will display the date it was last updated.

Material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law.

28. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the FreeWorld AI Privacy Policy, checkout disclosures, subscription terms, and other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement governing use of FreeWorld AI.

A purchaser may be the incarcerated individual or another person purchasing or facilitating services for that individual.

3. QUESTIONS AND DOCUMENTS

Questions submitted to FreeWorld AI may contain personal information.

Users may also voluntarily submit documents for explanation, summarization, research, drafting, or other permitted services.

Documents may contain information concerning legal cases, incarceration, family matters, finances, health, or other personal subjects.

Users should remove unnecessary sensitive information before submitting documents whenever reasonably possible.

Do not submit passwords, complete banking credentials, full payment-card numbers outside an authorized payment processor, Social Security numbers, or other information that is unnecessary for the requested service.
